One-Punch Man's Third Season Kicks Off a Decade of Action in 2025
Fans of One-Punch Man can look forward to an exciting milestone as the anime prepares for its third season, set to premiere in 2025. This highly anticipated installment is just one of ten celebratory projects marking the anime’s 10th anniversary, promising an action-packed year for Saitama and company.
The anniversary festivities are already ramping up, with a commemorative visual revealed and a special promotional video, complete with English subtitles, available online. To celebrate the series' roots, clean opening and ending animation sequences from the first two seasons are streaming globally on YouTube. Additionally, the very first episodes of seasons one and two are also accessible worldwide with English subtitles, providing fans old and new with a chance to revisit the series' beginnings.
A highlight of the anniversary is the “One Punch Man Maji Ongaku-Sai” (Serious Music Festival), scheduled for September 14 at Tokyo’s Nerima Cultural Center. Featuring performances by JAM Project, Hiroko Moriguchi, and Makoto Miyazaki, the event will also bring together cast members Makoto Furukawa (Saitama), Kaito Ishikawa, and Hikaru Midorikawa.
The new season reunites fans with returning cast and staff, including Makoto Furukawa as Saitama, J.C. Staff for animation, and Chikashi Kubota as character designer. One-Punch Man has come a long way since its 2015 debut, which aired internationally and introduced viewers to the hilariously overpowered hero. As the anniversary year unfolds, fans can expect more announcements about the remaining projects celebrating this legendary series.
