Set in South America, Echo 3 is a thrilling action film. Amber Chesborough (Jessica Ann Collins) is a bright young scientist and the rock of her close-knit American family. When Amber disappears on the Colombian-Venezuelan border, her brother Bambi (Evans) and her husband Prince (Huisman), who both have extensive military experience and troubled pasts, set out to find her in a complex personal drama set against the explosive backdrop of a covert battle. Martina Gusman portrays Violetta, a famous political columnist, in Echo 3. Guest starring on the show are actors such James Udom, Maria Del Rosario, Alejandro Furth, Juan Pablo Raba, and Bradley Whitford. Omri Givon's When Heroes Fly, which was inspired by Amir Gutfreund's novel of the same name, won an Emmy and serves as the basis for Echo 3.
