BioWare's Dragon Age is receiving its own Netflix animated series, following in the footsteps of League of Legends and its critically praised Arcane.

While Tevinter has been mentioned frequently in the games, it hasn't been depicted much in the current series, Dragon Age: Absolution. There's a lot of new characters being introduced in order to convey a fresh tale while staying true to the Dragon Age storyline. BioWare said there will be "special surprises" besides elves, magicians, knights, the Qunari, and demons.

The animated series Dragon Age: Absolution is scheduled to premiere on Netflix in December, but no other information are available at this time. More information will be released in the near future.
