Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable Expands with Part 2 and New Co-op Mode

UNIVRS Inc. has announced that Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable will release its highly anticipated Part 2 on December 17. The update, launching on the Meta Quest 2, 3/3S, and Pro via the Meta Quest Store, includes the game’s concluding chapters and introduces a two-player co-op mode. Alongside Part 2, the Complete Edition of the game—featuring both parts—will also debut on the same date.

This VR adaptation allows players to immerse themselves as soldiers in the Survey Corps, using omni-directional mobility gear to navigate the environment and take down Titans in fast-paced "hunting action" gameplay. Originally scheduled for a summer 2023 release, the game's timeline shifted multiple times to refine its quality, with Part 1 entering early access on July 23.

The latest installment brings exciting features beyond the co-op mode, including a Survival Mode and the Global Challenge, a limited-time event. The game supports both English and Japanese text and voice options, making it accessible to a wide audience of fans.

UNIVRS is no stranger to VR gaming, having previously developed Little Witch Academia VR Broom Racing. Released initially for the Oculus Quest in 2020, the game expanded to other VR platforms in 2021, building on the studio’s reputation for delivering engaging and polished virtual experiences.

With Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable's Complete Edition on the horizon, players can look forward to experiencing the full intensity of this iconic anime series in an innovative and interactive way.
