After the GTA 6 leak, an Xbox executive shows her support for Rockstar.

More than 90 recordings from a version of Grand Theft Auto 6 that is still in development were allegedly released online on Sunday, 09/18/2022.

Xbox's VP of Corporate Communications Sarah Bond tweeted that she could relate to the dev team's frustration at having their work previewed before it was ready.

Bond expressed her position to the staff at Rockstar Games.

“My thoughts are with the team at Rockstar Games,” Bond wrote. “It can be disheartening to have a project you’ve worked hard on to delight fans revealed and critiqued before it’s ready.”

Rockstar's parent company, Take-Two Interactive, has begun deleting leaked gameplay footage from their database.
